Website Privacy Notice

Information submitted through the enquiry form

The form collects your name, organisation, business email, the type of help you are seeking and the message you choose to provide. It also uses a hidden field and a short timing check to reduce automated spam.

equila uses the submitted information to review, route and respond to your enquiry, protect the form from misuse and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation.

Service providers

Enquiry submissions are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to the equila inbox. Web3Forms retains submission data for 30 days under the service configuration used by this website.

The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website activity and form completion events. These providers process technical or submitted data under their own service and privacy terms.

Sharing, retention and your choices

equila does not sell enquiry information. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and with people who need it to assess or respond to the enquiry, unless disclosure is required by law.

Information retained in equila's business systems is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through this website, use the private contact form and select the most relevant help type. Include enough detail for equila to identify the enquiry without adding unrelated sensitive information.
